By accessing this website, booking a clarity session, registering for any training, or enrolling in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

“User”, “You”, “Your” refers to anyone accessing our website or services.

“Services” include clarity sessions, coaching programs, online trainings, webinars, content, digital products, and communication channels.

“Program” refers specifically to the Inner Compass Advantage or any future offerings by SetuMathur.

2. Use of Website & Services

By using our website or any service:

You confirm you are 18 years or older.

You agree to provide accurate information while booking sessions or accessing content.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempts to hack, damage, or interrupt our platform.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

SetuMathur provides coaching, guidance, and educational content.
We do not offer:

Medical advice

Psychological or psychiatric treatment

Financial, legal, or therapeutic services

Our coaching is designed to support your personal and professional growth, but your results depend on your participation and implementation.

If you have severe mental health conditions, you are encouraged to seek professional medical care.

4. Clarity Session Terms

When booking a clarity session:

You agree to show up on time and prepared.

If you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 12 hours in advance.

Repeated no-shows may result in permanent denial of future sessions.

We reserve the right to refuse sessions to anyone for any reason.

5. Program Enrolment & Payments

When enrolling in any paid program:

Full or partial payment (depending on the plan) must be completed.

All payments are non-transferrable.

Any discounts, bonuses, or offers are valid only within the time period specified.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until dues are cleared.

6. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated on the sales page:

All coaching programs are non-refundable.

This includes the Inner Compass Advantage (12-week program).

This is because coaching requires time, energy, planning, and commitment from both sides.

However, SetuMathur offers a 4-week extended support guarantee, where if you do not see measurable results, you receive extra hand-holding at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by SetuMathur is protected by copyright.

This includes:

Videos

Workbooks

Worksheets

Training materials

Logos

Concepts

Frameworks

Branding

Any written or visual content

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, repurpose, or sell our content without permission.

Violation may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all private information shared in sessions or submissions.

By using our services:

You agree not to record or share live sessions, videos, or materials.

You agree not to violate the privacy of other participants (if in a group setting).

9. Limitation of Liability

SetuMathur is not liable for:

Emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes

Decisions you make based on our content or coaching

Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform errors, etc.)

You understand that your results depend entirely on your effort, engagement, and implementation.
